Beginning with an Assessment
I begin with an assessment to figure out the root causes of your symptoms. Then we set up a plan to treat you. Treatment sessions are 30 minutes. Treatment plans range from 2 to 14 sessions depending on what we find. We will schedule sessions between 1 - 4 days apart.

Techniques
I will use a variety of techniques to treat you including, trigger point therapy, segment reflex massage, lymphatic drainage, connective tissue massage, periostal massage. The techniques used depend upon the treatment plan.
PRICING and PROCESS
I begin all therapy with an assessment. Afterwards I will prepare a treatment plan specifically tailored to you and your situation.
The assessment is 30 minutes and includes discussing your issue in great detail and also time on the table in order to find all the information in order to prepare your treatment plan.
The price of the assessment is $30
Future sessions are $50 and will last for 30 minutes. The typical plan will be for 2 - 7 sessions that are spaced 1 -2 days apart. Some treatment protocols will take longer. 45 minutes will cost $75 and an hour is $95.
